As a sales specialist with over 20 years national sales experience, I have learnt that selling a property with a fixed price, starting price or range, while it may be successful and on occasions I will continue to do so if it is more suitable to our customers needs, it is not always the best-chosen method.
Reflecting on my career I have worked hard to achieve price records for suburbs all over Perth. In all of those instances I have used advanced selling methods of which I will allude to below.
